At Leather Frontier, we prioritize the quality of your hide over the speed of a warehouse. Every black leather jacket undergoes a final hand-inspection for grain consistency and hardware functionality before it leaves our facility.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

Because of our rigorous quality control process:

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.

  • Working Days: Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Saturday. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

Note: During peak seasons or new collection launches (like our Buffalo or Goat leather drops), processing may take an additional 2 days. We will notify you via email if your order is delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Order Tracking

Once your jacket has been handed over to the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking link typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the high value and signature requirements of our leather goods. Please provide detailed address including street, house number and contact information.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Leather Frontier is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Transit Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for instructions on how to report a damaged hide or broken hardware within 48 hours.
