Natural Characteristics: Leather is a natural product. Minor variations in grain, texture, and color, as well as natural markings, are not considered defects but are hallmarks of authentic hide.
Product Imagery: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
We accept major credit cards and secure third-party payment processors. Orders are only processed once payment is verified.

4. Shipping and Free Delivery

Free Delivery: We offer free standard delivery.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 7 business days.
Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address. Leather Frontier is not liable for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. 10-Day Return and Exchange Policy

To qualify for our 10-day return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
The jacket must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items returned with signs of wear, perfume, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
