At Leather Frontier, we stand behind the reliability of our craftsmanship. Whether you chose the buttery softness of our Lambskin or the rugged durability of our Buffalo hide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frontier gear.

1. 10-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 10 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Returns: A full refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Swap your item for a different size or leather type (e.g., swapping Goat leather for Sheepskin).

2. Condition Requirements (The "New Hide" Rule)

Because leather molds to the wearer, we can only accept returns that are in pristine, resalable condition.

No Creasing: Jackets must not show "whiskering" or permanent creases in the elbows or shoulders.
Tags Attached: All original brand tags must remain attached.
Original Packaging: Please return the jacket in its original dust bag and box to prevent scuffing during transit.
Unworn & Unscented: Items must be free from perfumes, smoke, or signs of outdoor wear.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Approval: We will send you a Return Authorization and the shipping instructions within 48 hours.
Ship It Back: Securely package your jacket. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. Refund Processing Time

Inspection: Once your jacket arrives at our warehouse, our leather experts will inspect it within 3 business days.
Payout: After approval, your refund will be processed immediately. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: Exchange orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of the returned item’s approval.
