1. Product & Leather Care

Q: Is your leather genuine? A: Absolutely. We only use 100% genuine hides, ranging from robust Cowhide and Goat Leather to premium Sheepskin and Mouton. We do not use "PU," "Bonded," or "Faux" leather in our primary collections.

Q: What is "Mouton" and how is it different from synthetic fur? A: Mouton is genuine lambskin that has been processed to look like beaver or mink fur. Unlike synthetic alternatives, Mouton is water-repellent, naturally breathable, and much more durable. It provides superior warmth without the "stuffy" feel of polyester.

Q: How should I store my leather jacket during the summer? A: Store your jacket in a cool, dry place on a wide-shouldered hanger to maintain its shape. Use a breathable cloth garment bag; avoid plastic bags, as leather needs to "breathe" to prevent drying or mildew.


2. Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know which size to choose? A: Every product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your chest and shoulders while wearing a light sweater to ensure a comfortable fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for aviator styles.

Q: Can I get a custom-sized jacket? A: We currently offer a wide range of standard sizes. However, if you have specific sizing concerns, please contact our support team before ordering, and we can guide you toward the best fit for your body type.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my jacket? A: For orders , Our handling time is 7 days and additional 3-4 working days of shipping. 

Q: Do you offer international shipping? A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.


4. Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as secure payments through Stripe.

Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify, which is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We use industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology to ensure your personal and financial data is fully protected.


5. Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 10-day return policy. If you aren't satisfied with your jacket, you can return it for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Q: How do I start a return? A: Simply contact our support team at leatherfrontierstore@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return instructions and the nearest warehouse address.

Q: How long does a refund take? A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 3–5 business days. The funds will appear back on your original payment method depending on your bank's processing speed and times.

Q: Why does my jacket have small natural marks? A: Genuine leather is a biological material. Small variations in grain, scars, or texture are not flaws—they are proof of authenticity. These "beauty marks" ensure that every Leather Frontier jacket is unique.
