Refresh the appearance of your leather jacket with a simple maintenance treatment designed for smooth, finished leather. This 50ml leather jacket shiner helps remove light surface dust, replenish oils lost through regular wear and restore a cleaner, smoother and more even-looking finish.
Regular conditioning helps prevent leather from feeling excessively dry or stiff. The compact pump bottle also makes it easy to control the amount used, reducing unnecessary product buildup.
Removes light surface dust and residue
Helps replenish oils lost from the leather
Smooths dry or uneven-looking areas
Restores a clean, natural-looking sheen
Helps maintain the leather’s flexibility
Reduces the dull appearance caused by regular wear
Suitable for routine jacket maintenance
The shiner improves the appearance and feel of well-maintained leather, but it cannot repair deep scratches, peeling, cracks or permanent color loss.
Make sure the jacket is dry and remove loose dust with a clean, soft cloth.
Test a small amount on a concealed area and allow it to dry completely. Leather-care products can deepen the color or change the level of shine.
Place a small amount of shiner onto a soft, lint-free cloth rather than saturating the jacket directly.
Apply a thin, even layer using gentle circular movements.
Allow the product to absorb before buffing the surface with a separate clean cloth.
Let the jacket dry naturally before wearing or storing it.
A small amount is normally sufficient. Applying a heavy layer will not produce better results and may leave the surface feeling greasy or uneven.
For a leather jacket worn regularly, apply the shiner approximately once every two weeks. Jackets used less frequently may only need occasional treatment when the leather begins to look dull or feel dry.
Always judge the condition of the leather before applying more product. Over-conditioning can cause residue buildup, attract dust and affect the original finish.
This product is intended primarily for smooth, finished genuine leather. It may be used on suitable leather jackets from our men’s leather jacket collection after completing a patch test.
Do not apply it to suede, nubuck, raw or unfinished leather, shearling fur, patent leather, metallic finishes or painted leather unless the garment’s care instructions confirm compatibility. These surfaces require specialized cleaning products and methods.
For advice on cleaning, drying and storing leather outerwear, read our complete leather jacket care guide.

This product is not a replacement for professional cleaning and should not be used to treat deep stains, mold, major discoloration or damaged leather. Never combine different leather-care products without first confirming that they are compatible.
The shiner does not make a jacket waterproof. If water protection is required, use a separate leather-compatible protector only after testing it on a concealed area.
It is designed for light surface dust and routine maintenance, not stubborn oil, ink or dye stains. Deep staining should be treated by a professional leather cleaner to avoid spreading the mark or damaging the finish.
Any conditioning product can temporarily deepen leather or alter its sheen, particularly on light-colored or absorbent hides. Always test a small hidden area and wait until it is completely dry before treating the entire jacket.
No leather shiner can reverse cracking or peeling once the leather surface has been physically damaged. Regular conditioning may help maintain flexibility and reduce excessive dryness, but existing damage may require professional repair.
More frequent application is generally unnecessary and may cause buildup. If the jacket still looks conditioned and feels flexible, wait longer before applying another thin layer.
No. Suede and nubuck have raised, absorbent surfaces that can darken, flatten or stain when treated with a conventional leather shiner. Use a cleaner and protective product specifically formulated for suede or nubuck.
